WELL HELLO, HI THERE
WANNA GET TO KNOW ME?

ABOUT

I’m deeply curious about the world and the many ways people move through it. I tend to follow rabbit holes into symbolism, mythology, imagination, the human psyche, and the strange ways meaning quietly builds around everyday life. I’m endlessly interested in ideas, people and experiences that open up new ways of seeing.

I romanticise life a little, while remaining suspicious of romance itself. I’m strangely moved by reflections on water, the texture of moss, silky soft sheets, and those fleeting moments where somewhere ordinary suddenly feels quietly magical.

Much of this inevitably finds its way into my work. I trained at the National Art School, majoring in painting, and now work across painting, collage and installation on Bundjalung Country in the Northern Rivers.
